5. Revision Policy

One small correction is included with each standard order after the first delivery.

6. What Is Not Included

The following works are not included in ₹49 festival poster or ₹99 professional poster pricing.

• Changing the selected template after work starts
• Creating a completely new design concept
• Full redesign after delivery
• Multiple revisions
• Major color or theme change after design completion
• Adding large new content after the design is completed
• Photo editing, background removal, or advanced image correction unless agreed separately
• Logo creation, branding package, or custom illustration work

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct and complete details before the design work starts.

• Correct business name
• Correct phone number
• Correct address or location details
• Correct offer details
• Correct spelling in Malayalam, English, or any other language
• Clear logo or image files
• Any specific instruction before payment and design start

8. Order Process

Bizyner follows a simple WhatsApp-based order process.

• Customer selects a template from the website
• Customer sends the template and design details through WhatsApp
• Bizyner confirms the price and requirements
• Customer makes the payment
• Design work starts after payment confirmation
• Completed design is delivered through WhatsApp or other agreed method

9. Payment Terms

Work will start only after payment confirmation.

• Payment must be completed before design work starts
• Customer must send payment screenshot or confirmation if requested
• Order will be processed only after payment and complete details are received
• Prices may change based on design type, urgency, or additional work

10. Delivery Time

Normal delivery will usually be completed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and receiving all required details.

• Delivery time starts only after payment and complete details are received
• Delay may happen if details, logo, images, or content are incomplete
• Urgent delivery may have extra charges
• Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and complexity

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once the design work has started, payment will not be refunded.

• No refund will be provided after work starts
• No refund will be provided for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer details
• If Bizyner is unable to complete the order due to any internal reason, refund or alternative solution may be provided
• Cancellation before work starts may be considered based on the order status

12. Template & Design Ownership

Bizyner templates, layouts, design structures, and creative formats remain the intellectual property of Bizyner or its respective creators.

• Customer receives the final customized output for business promotional use
• Customer cannot resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of Bizyner templates
• Templates may be used for multiple customers with suitable customization
• Custom design ownership terms may differ if agreed separately

13. Customer Materials

Customers must ensure that they have the right to use the logo, images, photos, text, offers, and other materials shared with Bizyner.

• Customer is responsible for copyright permission of shared materials
• Customer is responsible for accuracy of claims, offers, prices, and promotional statements
• Bizyner may refuse content that is illegal, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate

14. File Format & Usage

Final designs are usually delivered in JPG or PNG format suitable for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or other digital platforms.

• Editable source files are not included unless agreed separately
• Print-ready files may require extra checking and additional charges
• Customer must inform the required size or platform before design starts

15. Communication

Most Bizyner orders are handled through WhatsApp for easy communication and faster delivery.

• Customers should provide all required details clearly in one message whenever possible
• Delay in customer response may delay delivery
• Important changes must be communicated before design work starts

16. Changes to Terms

Bizyner may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply to new orders.
